The thermostat of Chrysler 2004 Concord is in front top part of engine. There is Big radiator hose on the top of the engine which connects to the thermostat housing. There will be two bols that are easily accessible on the top. Now you will see two bolts pulling up on the thermostat housing, REMOVE THEM.
Now take out the old thermostat and put the new one, also replace gasket.
