Note this is not an exact conversion however this will give you a good idea of what to expect in performance. To my knowledge a true HP to cc conversion has to many variables to pin down an exact answers.
On smaller engines like lawn mowers & snow blowers 1 HP = approx. 34.5 cc. So 277cc = around 8 HP.
