Drain the tank completely, this may involve disconnecting a pipe at the bottom of the tank to get the last drops out, then very carefully reconnecting. Refill to top with diesel, restart car. Any left should quickly vaporise but it is important to get as much out as possible to avoid permanent damage to engine.
