It depends on the car and the type of bearing.

A conventional bearing (tapered rollers) on a non driven wheel could cost $20 for the bearing and an hour labor for both wheels.

But on a driven wheel with a sealed cartridge bearing could cost $300 for the bearings and 4 hours labor for both wheels.
