The pushed caused by the rear left tire will cause a constant jerk on that end, pushing it towards the right, because the rear right tire wont have contact... Think about it as a jet in space, with 2 back thrusters and 2 front swivel thrusters to turn... If you lose your rear right thrust you will be pushed slightly to the left constantly, and you will have to counter with your front right, but this will be difficult if you don't slow down...
Same idea can be applied for a rear left tire blowout... Except it will swerve to the right..
